Objectives:

In this workshop the participants were able to meet the reference persons of the Follonica Municipality Services, in order to take possession of the spaces of the territory of Follonica and to discover in an interactive way the resources and the people who can give information and support in case of need.

Methodology:

The participants, after having received from the trainers a brief introduction to the characteristics of the local fabric and how the municipal administration is structured, have traveled an itinerant journey and have been accompanied at:

The Library of the City : the Director presented the structure and services that this offers. Each participant was able to register directly thanks to the availability of the staff who issued the card for the loan of books and delivered the books requested by the participants.

Revenue Agency : the office manager presented the services and issued the health card to those who had not yet requested it and explained the use and importance of this document on the territory of Follonica and throughout the territory national.

Puntopass, registry, URP and migrants service: the services and access times and the reference people have been explained.

The presentations were made in Italian, English and French and at the end of each meeting the participants were able to ask questions and ask for insights in an informal and welcoming atmosphere.
