FOOD HANDLER COURSE
The mothers participating in the project Growing Together come from a culture where the cuisine is part of their daily life and it is also part or their own identity.
One thing they really like is to make known their products and their meals. A lot of families prepare different food to be sold and commercialized, but they do it an unprofessionally way.
They know about the regulation related to the people that handle with food, and for this reason, they asked to participate in a food handler course. To get this diploma is a way to access to labour actions and to commercialize the food they prepare and cook.
